SIGN OF RECOGNITION OF HAZRAT ISA IBN MARYAM(a.s)

It is mentioned in Sahih Al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim:

Narrated Abu Huraira (R.A):
Allah's Messenger ﷺ said, "By Him in Whose Hands my soul is, son of Maryam ('Isa) will shortly descend amongst you people (Muslims) as a just ruler and will break the Cross and kill the pig and abolish the Jizya (a tax taken from the non-Muslims, who are in the protection, of the Muslim government). Then there will be abundance of money and nobody will accept charitable gifts.

Narrated Abu Huraira (R.A):
Allah's Messenger ﷺ said, "By Him in Whose Hands my soul is, surely (`Isa(A.S)) the son of Mary will soon descend amongst you and will judge mankind justly (as a Just Ruler); he will break the Cross and kill the pigs and there will be no Jizya (i.e. taxation taken from non-Muslims). Money will be in abundance so that nobody will accept it, and a single prostration to Allah (in prayer) will be better than the whole world and whatever is in it." Abu Huraira added "If you wish, you can recite (this verse of the Holy Book): -- 'And there is none Of the people of the Scriptures (Jews and Christians) But must believe in him (i.e.`Isa as an Apostle of Allah and a human being) Before his death. And on the Day of Judgment He will be a witness against them." (TMQ 4:159)

Sahih Muslim has the following wordings:

Allah would send `Isa ibn-Maryam (A.S) , and he will descend at the white minaret in the eastern side of Damascus wearing two garments lightly dyed with saffron and placing his hands on the wings of two Angels. When he would lower his head, there would fall beads of perspiration from his head, and when he would raise it up, beads like pearls would scatter from it. Every non-believer who would smell the odour of his self would die and his breath would reach as far as he would be able to see. He would then search for him (Dajjal) until he would catch hold of him at the gate of Ludd and would kill him.
The main signs of recognition of `Isa ibn Maryam (A.S) would be his accomplishments which have been described by Prophet Muhammad ﷺ in various ahaadith mentioned above. The main characteristics of `Isa ibn Maryam(A.S), under the light of various ahaadith can be summarised as following:

1. He will be a just ruler.

2. He will break the cross.

3. He will kill the pig.

4. He will abolish jizya.

5. There will be such a good flow of money during his time that there would be no one to accept charity.

6. These ahaadith are regarding the same `Isa(A.S) who is a Prophet and who is the son of Maryam. Therefore in all ahaadith his name appear clearly along with Maryam, otherwise, if he were someone else, then there would be no point mentioning his name as `Isa ibn ﷺ Maryam(A.S) and most importantly sayings of the companions of the holy Prophet removes all the doubts. Hazrat Abu Huraira (R.A) says quoting verses of Quran, with conviction that the person in question is one of the most prominent Prophets of Allah i.e. `Isa, who is the son of Maryam (A.S) and whose name is mentioned in the Quran and that he will descend from the heavens.

Narrated Hasan:
Allah's Messenger  ﷺ said: `Isa (A.S) did not die. Verily he will descend on the earth again before the day of judgement.

Ibn-Hajar Asqalani says: 

There is a consensus between the scholars of hadith and tafsir that `Isa(A.S) ascended to the heavens alive.

7. `Isa ibn Maryam(A.S) will descend near a white minaret to the east of Damascus. Damascus was there at the time of RasoolAllah ﷺ also and currently, it is the capital of Syria.

8. Any disbeliever who will smell his odour will die and his odour will go as far he could see.

9. `Isa ibn Maryam (A.S) will find the antichrist(Dajjal) near the gate of Ludd and he will kill the Dajjal.

Ludd(Lod,Lydda) is a town 19 km to the southeast of Tel-Aviv. According to the survey of 1999, the population of the town was 61100. This town has in it one of the most modern and secure airport of Israel. The airport is named as Ben-Gurion Airport(ICAO:LLBG, IATA:TLV). This airport is named after the first prime minister of Israel, David Ben-Gurion. It is considered as one of the top five airports of the middle-east. It is highly secured. It is guarded by the Israeli police along with the IDF. There is a military air base in Ludd. The mention of Ludd in various ahaadith holds a great importance the management here gives various clues and indications about the place.
These signs are very clear and self-explanatory. If a fool alters the ahaadith for his own benefit then there is not point mentioning the details with such a clarity. Since the holy Prophet  ﷺ had already mentioned the place, name, signs and characteristics then only they are correct and anything else is a lie. And in this matter evidences from the Bible or from logic hold no importance. If a fool wears green cloth and develops some physical condition in his body such that pearl-like things drop from his hair and body then he will not become `Isa ibn Maryam(A.S). Rather he is one of the many Dajjals. 

Abu Huraira (R.A) reported Allah's Messenger ﷺ as saying: The Last Hour would not come until there would arise about thirty impostors (Dajjals), liars, and each one of them would claim that he is a messenger of Allah.

Even if a person develops some of the physical characteristics, it will be impossible for him to achieve any of the achievements of `Isa ibn Maryam(A.S) mentioned clearly in ahaadith. Therefore, main signs to recognise `Isa ibn Maryam (A.S) are his achievements. It can be understood in the light of ahaadith that achievements of Imam Mehdi and `Isa ibn Maryam (A.S) are different, these ahaadith are the evidences that they are different personalities. There is a consensus of scholars over this. If they were the same personality then there achievements would be same.

One of the most important elements of this matter is the spiritual aspect of the personality of `Isa ibn Maryam (A.S). The birth of `Isa ibn Maryam (A.S) is one of the greatest miracles in the history of mankind. Allah (s.w.t) created him without a father, which is against the principle of cause and effect and is against the natural laws. Because of the fact that he was created without a father, `Isa ibn Maryam (A.S) has lesser ingredients of materialism in him. Under this pretext `Isa ibn Maryam (A.S) has the spiritual powers which are impossible for a common man to understand by using logic. He was given distinct miracles which are on the lines of the angels because of the dominance of spiritual aspect over the materialistic. Allah (s.w.t) says in quran:

And he will be a Messenger to the Children of Israel.' (And when he came to them he said): 'I have come to you with a sign from your Lord. I will make for you from clay the likeness of a bird and then I will breathe into it and by the leave of Allah it will become a bird. I will also heal the blind and the leper, and by the leave of Allah bring the dead to life. I will also inform you of what things you eat and what you treasure up in your houses. Surely this is a sign for you if you are true believers (TMQ 3:49).

`Isa ibn Maryam(A.S) who has an extraordinary spiritual powers will be on one side and the Dajjal who will be last arrow of Iblees‟s quiver will be on the other. Iblees can‟t do everything on his own. He needs human help to carry his satanic mission. Iblees will use the powers given to him by Allah (s.w.t) to strengthen the Dajjal to the extent that the Dajjal will be extremely powerful materialistically. It will not be possible to defeat him using materialistic means. It appears that the Dajjal will be able perform miracles with the help of Iblees and science (cause and effect) to a certain extent. On these grounds he will claim himself to be the Messiah and even God. The success according to the false Messiah (Dajjal) will be materialistic development related to this world whereas according to the real Messiah (`Isa ibn Maryam) it will be related to the afterlife (aakhirah). This is the reason why messiah is added to the names of both `Isa ibn Maryam (A.S) as well as Dajjal. One is the true messiah and the other is the false messiah. Only `Isa ibn Maryam (A.S) can kill the Dajjal. This matter is so clear that the messenger of Allah ﷺ said to Umar (R.A): 

If Ibn-Sayyad is the Dajjal then you can’t kill him. Only `Isa ibn Maryam (A.S) can kill the Dajjal and if he is not the Dajjal then there is no good in killing a person whom you have a covenant with.

On one side there will be an extraordinary spiritual powers of `Isa ibn Maryam(A.S) and on the other side there will be the great materialistic power of the Dajjal. Imam Mehdi will give strong resistance to the army of Dajjal but he will not be able to defeat the Dajjal, because of this `Isa ibn Maryam (A.S) will descend in the last phase of the battle.

After the arrival of `Isa ibn Maryam (A.S) the materialistic power of Dajjal will begin to fade away. The additional powers given to him by Iblees will begin to fade away. He will not be able to stand in front of spiritual powers of `Isa ibn Maryam (A.S). A normal enemy of Allah will die of the smell of `Isa ibn Maryam (A.S) but, Dajjal will not die at once rather, he‟ll melt gradually. The words melting and dissolving are used in hadeeth. This means that the Dajjal will be laden heavily with materialistic powers.

Also, the Jew are destined to be killed by `Isa ibn Maryam (A.S) because of their alleged hanging of `Isa ibn Maryam (A.S) by them. The Jews were unable to kill `Isa ibn Maryam (A.S) as Allah saved him at the last moment and he was ascended to the heavens. In the last times the Jews will collaborate with Dajjal against the Muslims and eventually they will be killed by `Isa ibn Maryam (A.S). The following hadeeth makes the matter clear:

“When Dajjal will look at `Isa ibn Maryam (A.S), he will start to melt as salt melts in water. He will run away, and `Isa ibn Maryam (A.S), will say: "I have only one blow for you, which you will not be able to escape!" He will catch up with him at the eastern gate of Ludd, and will kill him. Then Allah will defeat the Jews, and there will be nothing left that Allah has created which the Jews will be able to hide behind, except that Allah will cause it to speak - no stone, no tree, no wall, no animal - except for Al-Gharqad (the box-thorn), for it is one of their trees, and will not speak - except that it will say: "O Muslim slave of Allah, here is a Jews, come and kill him!”

The speaking of various non-living things can be easily understood by seeing the miracles of `Isa ibn Maryam (A.S) under the pretext of his spiritual powers.

Over the past years the Jews are planting the box-thorn according to a well organised plan. The Jews think that it is a sacred plant and it will save them in the times of adversities. There are many types of these plants. Some are like the Peepal tree, some are like berries while some are like bushes. This plant was seen in the opening ceremony of the 2012 Olympics. There are many online campaigns going on to promote the plantation of these plants. The signs of recognition and the achievements of `Isa Ibn Maryam (A.S) and Imam Mehdi are mentioned clearly in various ahaadith.People of Qadyani or similar background who come with different names to misguide the ummah from the right path to send them into the hell. They change the meaning of ahaadith to achieve their goals. They take help from weak or fabricated ahaadith and abandon all other strong ahaadith to achieve their satanic goals. The messenger of Allah ﷺ has warned the ummah from these people.
  

Narrated by Abu Hurairah (R.A) that the messenger of Allah ﷺ said:There will be liars and cheats who will tell you ahaadith that was never heard by you or your
forefathers. Beware of those people for they will get you indulged in fitnah (tribulations)

May Allah (s.w.t) give us the clear understanding of ahaadith and may He (s.w.t) protect the Muslim ummah from the fitnah of Dajjal and may He (s.w.t) protect the Muslims from the agents of Iblees.Aameen.
